Characterised by its black fluid (Part A) and translucent fluid (Part B) formulation, it features a 1:1 mixing ratio, enabling both room temperature and heat curing. This versatile product combines fast curing with exceptional performance, making it an ideal choice for critical encapsulation and sealing needs across various industries, especially in advanced driving assistance systems.

Directions for Use

  1. Before Mixing: Stir Part A and Part B thoroughly, either manually or mechanically.
  2. Mixing: Accurately weigh Part A and Part B in a 1:1 ratio, place them in a clean container, and mix well.
  3. Defoaming: Apply vacuum at 0.08~0.1 MPa for 2~3 minutes to remove air bubbles.
  4. Potting: Complete potting within the pot life to ensure proper levelling. Ensure the substrate surface is clean and dry before potting.
  5. Curing: Cures at both room temperature and under heat. For optimal curing speed and bonding strength, heating is recommended as curing performance is temperature-dependent.
